Tempeh Pate

2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 TBS olive oil
300 g fresh tempeh
2 eggs
50 ml white wine
1 tsp Mediterranean herbs
1 tsp chili sauce
1 TBS oyster sauce
1 TBS soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bake the onion and garlic in the olive oil until soft. Mix with all the other ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pour in greased casserole dish, cover with foil and bake for 50 min at 180°C. Remove the foil and bake another 5 to 10 min until you get the desired color. Serve with bread or toast.
