Parsley and Tempeh Spread

250 g tempeh
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp shoyu or tamari
1 stalk green celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
4 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped
4 Tbs mayonnaise
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 Tbs vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
Steam the tempeh for 15 minutes, cool and grate the tempeh.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Serve this tempeh parsley spread with salads or on sandwiches.
